What had you been doing? Since getting out of the habit, what have you been eating as a family?
I don't have any kids yet (That changes in July) but my DH and I have had this issue. On days when we are both working, we carpool. By the time we get home, I am starving and need to eat RIGHT THIS SECOND!!! We have worked some with this by stopping at the store and grabbing something little like a granola bar or a banana or whatever. That tides me over until we get home and can cook something. Sad thing is that we often just have a frozen pizza or mac n cheese. We work on having healthier meals on the days when we are not working at the same time. (I work from home one day a week and have three day weekends, so we eat propper meals at the table on those days.)
Sorry I don't really have any good suggestions...
