Oh Jill this is a great thread. It is never to early to start thinking of these things because they grow so fast.

My Hubby and I were just talking about this. As of right now if he stays where he is in the department then he will just adjust his hours so he can be home to drop the kids at the bus stop and then we would need to find either an after school program or a sitter to get Gabe after school.

I hope others post with their solution to this question.
