There are several Anti-Virus and Internet browsers that offer parental controls when operating them. Upon initial instillation, set these parental controls, that way, if your son happens to stumble upon a website that is deemed "Dangerous" by the Anti-Virus software or the Internet browser, the website will be blocked.
