I am not a mom but my little sister is moving in with me. She has gotten into some trouble and so she is going to come and live with me. I need some advice on how to "Raise" her. I know I'm not her Mom but I am going to be completely responsible for her. Please give me some helpful advice on raising a 16 year old teenage girl.
