My grandson is 15 months old and his testicles have still not come down. And I believe he has foreskin adhesion to his very small penis. I keep him a lot and take him or go with him to every check up since he was born. I am very worried. (internet)
![]() And I am really concerned that his pediatrician has never even mentioned it to us. He should have; shouldn't have he? So, should we take the initiative and take him to a specialist? I am very disappointed with his doctor. I do keep him a lot and love him so much and want him to have a full and happy life. I hope it is okay to ask such questions here. I don't know where else to go. Thanks. |

Have you brought these concerns up with the pediatrician? If you have a concern you really need to bring it up with the doctor and then if you aren't not statisfied with his/her response you could look at seeing a specialist.

Testicles descend before birth, so if your infant doesn't have both, this should be bought up to the MD...there's a window of opportunity to surgically pull them down from the abdomen (where they develop) and anchor them in the scrotum (where they belong) before they die up there.
