what do you do to include the other parent while they are at work?

i know dh feels left out sometimes...i know he would LOVE to be at home with the kiddos...so once a day i snap a picture on my phone of the kids and send it to him so he can see what fun his kids are having and feel a part of our day.

what do you do so the non-stay-at-home parent doesn't feel left out of your day?
