Default Challenges Being a Student Mom

There are many challenges that will occur in being a student mom. But it would be very great to overcome that because it is very hard to study and to manage a time with your kids.

For you guys what are the challenges do you encounter?

Hello Everybody,

Studying and handling kids at a time sounds difficult. This is because the mother has to manage both ,her studies as well as her kid.

Thanks.

When I became mother, both myself and my husband were college students and working full time. I was doing my MBA and my husband was to complete his PG in medicine. It has became a tired some job for managing both my study and my little baby. But thanks to my Mother-in-law who supported me in managing both my study and child nourishing.
You can also take the help of your elder family member and makes your life more convenient when you need them most.

When my son was born just over two years ago it was only my husband in school. He's going through all the motions of starting Dental school so it's quite time consuming. I started school 6 months ago to get my Associates in Culinary which may not sound very challenging but I go to school in Dallas and live in Arlington so there's about an hour commute. My son stays at home with my grandmother and aunts while we're at school. My husband also manages a full time job so we rarely see him. We don't get to do a lot of the family activities we used to have time to do together, a lot of our family time means myself and my son Riley. Being a student plus a mother plus a wife is extremely difficult. Our relationships have literally become work to keep up with.. The whole reason we're in school to begin with is to better ourselves and our family as a whole. Yet, it's still taxing mainly in the emotional area. I feel guilty for choosing to go back to school and I feel like I've somehow left my son behind (even though when I'm not in class I am with him).
