Ok you working dads....
Well we all know that we have to take care of ourselves as a working parent. We need to make time for ourselves so that we can continue to be the best parent we can. What do you do for yourself so that you can continue to be a strong force as a parent?

I spend as much time as possbile with my kid, and we try to go out every weekend.
